Kumar is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in management, program/project management, and the implementation of large-scale information systems. He has a proven track record of driving efficiencies, cutting costs, and building strong teams. Notably, Kumar led the EIS Transition at HHS, managing over 465,000 inventory items and saving the department over $700M. Kumar's strong technical background includes networks, security, and identity management.

With expertise in Zero Trust, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC), he leads efforts across the Department of Homeland Security to improve IT and cyber capabilities. Connor excels in aligning bespoke, customized technology solutions with client needs, driving value through technology adoption, and ensuring successful project outcomes for federal clients.

With over 14 years of experience, he has successfully partnered with various Federal Civilian and DoD agencies, providing tailored solutions that enhance their operational effectiveness and that drive mission outcomes.

He has a rich history of managing enterprise architecture and IT projects across federal agencies. At GSA, he led the EA contract, streamlining IT standards, strategic planning, and application rationalization. Brian also played a pivotal role at HHS, supporting the development of multi-million dollar acquisition plans and implementing unified communication tools. His expertise includes overseeing complex projects, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving technological integration to meet client needs and strategic goals.
